Please note that digital subscriptions and activated memberships are subject to specific terms regarding access and eligibility.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your physical coupon book is unmarked, all vouchers are intact, and the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the book in its original packaging or a sturdy envelope, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
